Terms and Conditions

Öldur can cancel orders under certain circumstances, for example if the pricing is wrong or if we need to stop offering products without notice.

Refunds / Cancellation

Tours

To receive a full refund for tours, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.

Send an email to booking@oldur.is with your order number and name on booking to start the cancellation process. Funds will be returned to payment card.

Merch

To receive a full refund for merch it will have to be returned in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. After product is returned to our location a refund will be returned to payment card.

Mead

All mead and drinks are final sale.
